MI6 searches for spies on Facebook

British security agency MI6 is searching on Facebook to recruit new agents.
The group launched Facebook advertisements a few weeks ago in an attempt to boost its numbers and reach a larger variety of people.
The agency has also used radio and newspaper advertisements, and applicants can use the MI6 website to put forward their application. "The open recruitment campaign continues to target wide pools of talent representative of British society today," a Foreign Office spokeswoman told news.com.au. "A number of channels are used to promote job opportunities in the organisation. Facebook is a recent example.”
